The Activities Module captures activities for your company. These can be internal or external activities.
 
An activity is a task undertaken by an employee of your company. Each activity can be assigned to anyone within the company. Any contact associated with your company will appear in the assigned to option.

An activity can be assigned to a project, opportunity or just an employee.

Some key information captured on an Activity is:

• Type of activity i.e. Email, ToDo, Appointment, Meeting, Calls in and out.
• A description of the activity, as well as notes on the activity
• The external contact assigned to including their company
• The employee the activity is assigned to
• The priority of the activity i.e. ASAP, High, Medium or Low
• The activity’s status i.e. On Hold, not Started, Started, Done and Cancelled
• Planned and Actual Start and end dates
• Start and End times
• Duration in hours or days (automatic calculation from Start and End times)

• Today’s activities
• My Calendar
